ANDI O'HEARN - CEO AND FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
Andi has been involved in university admissions for over 35 years, both in boarding schools as well as a private consultant. She has successfully counseled over 1,000 students with acceptances to the top universities in the world. Andi has also worked as both an Admissions Director and University Counselor at six different boarding schools in the US and at Beijing City International School in China. She brings experience from both sides of the desk to your child's application. She is experienced working with children from over 50 different countries, including non-native English speakers and children with special learning need. A division 1 swimmer herself, Andi brings a unique perspective to assist recruited student athletes through the NCAA process. She is published in several languages. Andi has been a Professional Member of IECA since 1992. She is married with five children, two grandchildren and a pug dog.
REILLY O'HEARN - PARTNER -UNIVERSITY COUNSELING AND SENIOR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
Reilly brings knowledge of university counseling, social media, marketing and communications to support and guide students through the university college process. She joined the company in January 2020 after graduating Summa Cum Laude in Psychology from the University of Southern New Hampshire. Reilly has assisted applicants with producing videos and positioning their social media to support their applications. Reilly also heads the Senior Supportive Services department helping the older generation select an appropriate next step in applying and entering an assisted living facility or nursing home. She will help them with connecting to estate lawyers or real estate representatives if needed. From high school seniors to senior citizens, Reilly works to remove stress and help make sound decisions. Reilly and her dog Jonas reside in RI.
CAROLYN VIENS - CONSULTANT FOR UNIVERSITY COUNSELING
Carolyn (right) has 21 years of experience in global sales and marketing for IBM, working in the U.S., Europe and Asia, including several years as Segment Marketing Executive for six global industries. Following her worldwide marketing career, she has been involved in university and boarding school admissions over the last ten years. She has also worked for several years as Director of College Counseling at a private boarding school in New York. She is also a published author and accomplished photographer. Carolyn is married with three children, who have graduated from major U.S. and International Universities.
